Resident-specific objectives are assigned to individual residents only (not the entire program). They are assigned to individual residents based on their specific interests or areas of focus outside the program’s standard curriculum.
Update: Since this video was recorded, separate elective objective sets are not available for programs who transitioned to newer Completency Areas, Goals, and Objectives (CAGO) versions.
